Ai Yu Jelly Powder 1kg
Fig jelly powder mix, also know as "AiYu", used for making fig jelly for bubble tea, smoothies etc. .You can put it in your drink or use it as a topping.
How to make Fig Jelly as topping:
- Jelly Topping
- Powder: Water = 1:6
- 50 g powder
- 300 ml hot water
1. Dissolve powder in hot water completely.
2. Let mixture cool to room temperature.
3. Leave in the fridge for around 3-4 hours before serving.
Shelf Life: 18months
