Returns & Exchanges Policy

At UTEA, we strive for 100% satisfaction with every sip; however, due to the perishable nature of our food products, we can only accept returns on unopened, non-perishable items within 14 days of delivery. If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team immediately for a full replacement or refund.

Return Process

    Contact Support

    Email our customer service team with your order number and a photo of the item you wish to return or report as damaged.

    Approval & Labeling

    Once your request is reviewed, we will provide a return authorization number and a prepaid shipping label if the return is due to our error.

  • 3.
    Pack & Ship

    Securely package the unopened products in their original box and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

  • 4.
    Refund Processing

    After we receive and inspect your items, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
