Brown Sugar Ginger Syrup (1.3kg)

This syrup is an ideal beverage for the chilly winter months.

🧋Hot Brown Sugar Ginger Milk Tea (500ml)

Ingredients:

  • Utea Black Tea Liquid: 200ml

  • Fresh milk (or oat milk): 250ml

  • Utea Brown Sugar Ginger Syrup: 50ml

Instructions:

  1. In a pot or milk steamer, heat 200ml of black tea and 250ml of milk until hot (avoid boiling).

  2. Add 50ml of Utea Brown Sugar Ginger Syrup and stir well until fully dissolved.

  3. Pour into a 500ml cup and serve warm.

Optional Add-ons: Milk foam, cinnamon sprinkle, or ginger powder for extra warmth.

Hot Brown Sugar Ginger Latte (360ml)

Ingredients:

  • Espresso (or strong brewed coffee): 40ml

  • Steamed milk (whole milk or oat milk): 270ml

  • Utea Brown Sugar Ginger Syrup: 50ml

Instructions:

  1. Add 50ml of Utea Brown Sugar Ginger Syrup into a 360ml cup.

  2. Pour in 270ml of steamed milk, stir to combine.

  3. Gently pour 40ml of espresso on top for a nice layered effect.

  4. Serve hot. Optional: Garnish with a pinch of cinnamon or ground ginger.

Serving Idea: Great for winter menus – warm, aromatic, and slightly spicy.
