Ingredients:

  • Pomelo Jam: 60ml

  • Fructose: 15–20ml (adjust to taste)

  • Jasmine Green Tea: 200ml

  • Cold Water or Soda Water: 150ml

  • Ice Cubes

  • Optional: Fresh pomelo pulp or mint leaf

Instructions:

  1. Add 60ml of pomelo jam into a shaker.

  2. Add 15–20ml fructose depending on your desired sweetness.

  3. Pour in 200ml brewed jasmine green tea.

  4. Add 150ml cold or sparkling water.

  5. Shake well with ice
